Description

Our team, Total Quality Closures, part of the Supply Chain Additional Materials organization, is dedicated to Tetra Pak becoming the un-disputable industry leader in quality, by leading systematic activities with our plants and suppliers driving a quality mindset within Closures.
In your role you will be part of a team focusing on Issue Resolution and on supporting the plants and suppliers in preventing manufacturing issues from happening. The position is based in Lund and travelling to factories' and suppliers' facilities is required.
Main responsibilities
• Administrate issues and claims according to the Issue Resolution Process
• Drive corrective actions to eradicate supplier quality issues following the Issue Resolution Process and WCM methodology
• Participate in improvement projects internal and together with our suppliers to prevent issues and implement permanent solutions
• Handle networking process with key stakeholders (i.e. Market Companies, Supplier Management, Production, and DSO).
Qualifications
We believe that you have excellent networking and communications skills and the ability to manage the change in a challenging environment. When you are working with issue resolution you must have the ability to resolve the cases with the customer in mind and making sure that the suppliers implement the solutions in the shortest and best way possible.
At the same time, you need to work closely with our factories and supplier base to make sure that their products and manufacturing process fit our quality requirements.
To be successful in this position you need to be a strong informal leader who is able to create valuable networks, influence and engage individuals, teams and organizations. You have an analytical and structured approach in combination with a strong drive for results. Experiences in WCM and problem solving methodologies are advantageous.
To work with individuals and teams on different organizational levels is for you highly motivating.
We believe that you have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar and/or at least 5 years of work experience that includes dealing with customers, suppliers and project management. You have a previous experience of working with Issue Resolution and World Class Manufacturing or other continuous improvement systems.
For the position, excellence in spoken and written English and MS Office is a must.
