Probad manufactures and delivers prefabricated bathroom cabinets in steel fiber concrete focusing on quality, functionality, and flexibility. We supply bathrooms for all purposes such as private homes, hotels, healthcare sector and student housing. Quality Leader
The Quality Leader will have an important role in our factory and will be a part of the leader group at the factory. The role involves quality process control in both of our factories in Töcksfors in Sweden. As Quality Leader you should have a well-established experience as a Manager, preferably within quality control in a production company from the building materials industry. The role will involve responsibility to ensure that the quality objectives are achieved in specific production areas, ensuring that each team and person performs contracted quality requirements.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that production processes meet internal, national, and international standards (ISO9001).
Work with the purchase team to establish quality requirements for external suppliers.
Define quality procedures and routines in conjunction with the operating staff.
Contribute to measuring performance and identify any areas of weakness. Recommending and implementing improvements in coordination with the Bano-Group quality team.
Coordinate with other managers and staff and provide training, tools, and techniques to enable others to achieve quality standards.
Lead with motivational leadership in line with the management principles in the Bano-Group.
Responsible for ensuring that production details and specifications of projects in the productions are carried out in consultation with the Production Leader at the factory.
Total supervision over corrective and preventive actions, identification of quality problems, coordination of corrective and preventive actions.
Creating reports in the field of quality control, comprehensive supervision over quality documentation.
Creating job instructions, creating quality requirements for new processes and products.
Daily and weekly reporting of progress to the Executive Director Production.
Competence requirements:
Completed minimum Engineering education or Technical Vocational School.
Successful management experience from quality processes in industry.
Several years of experience with manufacturing environment regarding quality.
Experience with production technical drawings.
Experience from building and construction (concrete) is a great advantage.
Good knowledge of various software such as: Microsoft office 365, Microsoft Dynamics, and ERP systems. Experience with WebTime time registration program is desirable.
Good knowledge of English, verbal and written.
