hela Sverige BMW Group Northern Europe coordinates and provides support to the operations in the different Nordic sales corporations, for example towards authorized BMW and MINI resellers in the Nordics and Baltics. There are approximately 250 employees in the Northern European region and 160 authorized resellers and workshops. www.bmwframtid.se As the QIC Coordinator, your main responsibility is to coordinate technical information between BMW AG and a few number of authorized workshops, especially within High Voltage area.
You will work within the Tech Support Team where you, in addition to the above, are responsible for certain written correspondence to dealers and workshops regarding PuMA and technical issues. Furthermore you will assist the dealers and workshops regarding BMW 's technical instruments and test equipment.
You will be a part of a Northern European Tech Support Team consisting of seven persons located at our Northern European headquarter north of Stockholm Sweden. Here, you have the opportunity to work with a strong premium brand and get access to the latest BMW technology. Together you ensure that our Nordic dealers always receive the best technical support and service as possible. You are BMW 's communicative link between the importer, our Northern European market and BMW AG in Munich. The support mainly takes place through our IT and business systems, via telephone or e-mail. Apart from supporting our dealers from a distance you may also be asked to handle technical problems on site or in our own workshop. Travelling may therefore occur where you visit our dealers to help with technical matters or to participate in technical or other aftermarket events.
About you
To succeed in this position, we believe that you have several years of experience from automotive technical work, preferably within high voltage. Experience from working with BMW or other German cars is considered an advantage. As you will be working in a dynamic international company you will need to have a good level of fluency in English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you always strive to provide a high-quality service and have good communication skills. You are independent and good at prioritizing and making decisions even under pressure. Furthermore, you have good social skills and enjoy a position that involves many social contacts. Finally you share our pride of our premium products and our great interest in the automotive market.
Important for the position:
• Technical experience, preferably within high voltage
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Personal suitability will be of particular importance in the choice of candidate.

The assignment as QIC - Coordinator is planned to start as soon as we find the right candidate and will last for at least a year. For the right person, the assignment may be extended.
