Your role:
You will lead a group of 4 persons focusing on improving quality by developing our way of monitoring processes, set strategies for quality control for efficient and stable processes and advanced problem solving. Not least handle and convey field claims and customer feedback by close cooperation with surrounding departments within Volvo CE.

https://www.instagram.com/p/BhQw5ywA-GG/With your ability to analyse data, communicate reasons and closely follow up quality parameters you will bring a strong quality voice and enlighten the organisation with feedback on the quality situation both for our plant as well as give input for product and process changes. Your role encourages lot of cross functional teamwork.
As we are the core plant for wheel loaders it also means to pay attention to hubs, ensuring wheel loader product quality developed at our core plant, also meets demands in hub plants.
We are looking for you who will bring several years of experience from a similar assignment with skills in quality, sense for accuracy, having strong integrity and a pragmatic approach.
Who are you?
A curious, down to earth person with analytical ability, who can bring different perspectives and have a strong drive to inspire and carry forward your big interest, quality, to others. Having daily interactions with multiple stakeholders, the right candidate also has great people skills, ability to build trusting relationships and feel comfortable with prioritizing. You communicate easily in Swedish and English, both in speech and writing.
