Ericsson AB in Katrineholm is a supply unit for Ericsson's system solutions within mobile core, multimedia and wireline products. We are specialized on industrialization of new system products and modules and our responsibility goes from early participation in product development projects, to developing maintenance chains for our finished products and systems, with high variation in low volumes products.
Our operations department is currently searching for a quality engineer to work with quality questions within the production area.
As a quality engineer you:
Work in a team together with other quality engineers to secure that we have the best conditions to deliver products in world class quality
Make analyses of quality statistics for both products and processes and propose and implement the right measures to avoid quality problems
Work with support and education regarding quality questions and quality methods in close co-operation with production operators
Lead improvement teams. To always strive to become better and better is a key success factor in our business.
Qualifications
Master of science (M.Sc) degree, preferably with focus on quality engineering
Six Sigma, black belt degree
Excellent analytical skills
Good cooperation and communication skills
Ability to work in teams
Good skills in both Swedish and English (writing and conversation)
Good skills in change management
