Workdescription
To the Quality Department in Landskrona we are looking for a Quality Engineer / Team Manager Measuring Lab
The Quality Department has 12 employees working with quality assurance of product and process, you are leading a team of five measuring technicians and are reporting to the Quality Manager.
Measuring Lab is responsible for supporting the site with measuring service within the following areas:
Incoming inspection
Deviation handling
Qualification of product & process
Calibration
Measuring Lab is also the expert responsible for measuring equipment incl program and SPC-software, both within the lab and within production. Equipments used are for example coordinate machines, optical measurement, contourgraph and hardness tester.
You will lead the Measuring Lab to deliver services of correct quality, in time and at the right cost. You are responsible for developing and continuously improve the area, developing operators to reach their full potential and for budget and cost-control.
You are also process owner for capability and responsible for maintenance, follow-up and continuous improvements. Being an expert in the area you coach the organization to excellence.
Requirements
You are a M.Sc. in either Mechanical or Quality Assurance Engineering with at least five years of experience from quality assurance or quality control and you have documented experience from LEAN & Six Sigma.
As Quality Engineer / Team Manager you are expected to:
Be well knowledgeable about ISO- & customer requirements
Have focus on results and follow-up
Be a good leader with respect for the individual
Take a leading and active role in activities
Be analytical, perform loss deployments and propose actions
Be able to work with a lot of activities at the same time
You are working with a lot of different people within the organization and you are expected to be an open-minded, solution oriented team player with good communication and leadership skills. You have to be able to communicate in both Swedish and English, in speaking and in writing. Experience from vehicle industry is an advantage.
