Envirotainer was founded 1985 and we are currently more than 320 employees in 3 regional operations centers, 50+ service stations, central operations as well as sales management teams, our in-house production facility, and our own R&D department. We develop, manufacture, repair and offer leasing of FAA/EASA certified, clean and functional containers as well as innovative tools and services for validation, planning, shipping, and follow-up of temperature-controlled air transport.

The main objective is the safe delivery of pharmaceuticals by maintaining the integrity and quality of their products throughout the cold chain.

This position is located in Rosersberg.
About the position
In the role as an Quality/SQA engineer your main task is to coordinate investigation and handling of non-conformances as well as being responsible for communication and follow-up of actions required by our suppliers. This includes for example classification of non-conformances, performing root-cause analysis and coordination of or leading CAPA-investigations both internally and with our suppliers, analyzing trends as input to improvement areas, information and training activities or participating in vendor audits. You work in close co-operation with Purchase department and our suppliers, R&D and of course the departments in the Supply chain organization.
The following responsibilities comes with the roll as Quality/SQA Engineer.
• Contact person for suppliers regarding quality issues for new and existing products.
• Performing FAI on new and changed articles.
• Coordinate investigation and handling of non-conformances as well as being responsible for communication and follow-up of actions required by our suppliers.
• Analyzing trends as input to improvement areas, information and training activities.
• Participate in vendor audits.
• Close co-operation with Purchase department and our suppliers, R&D, quality control and production engineering.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you meet the following requirements:
• Bachelor level or corresponding work experience.
• >3 years of experience from manufacturing industry, flight industry or similar.
• Experience in coordinating and motivating team members
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Experience in root cause analysis, ex 5 Why or Ishikawa.
• Able to read and understand a drawing
• Understanding of different production methods for different purposes.
