We are now looking for you who want to contribute to strengthening our Software and Quality Team with project quality in focus.
You will be part of a creative group where we focus on System and Software Architecture, Functional Safety, Cyber Security, Quality, Process and Tools to support the development of different control systems within Automotive. We like new challenges, teamwork and to find new ways to handle complex systems.
About the role
- You will work with the quality assurance plan, follow up on goals and metrics, and perform assessments etc. within projects.
- You will perform internal audits for applicable standards and certifications at a company level
- You will support and guide our development and project teams with regards to quality work
- You will work actively with continuous improvement initiatives
- You will also support projects and our engineers by conducting trainings and develop courses for applicable standards to increase knowledge among our engineers
About you
- You have a University degree in a relevant field as well as experience in quality work from the software development industry
- You are creative and passionate about how to improve and streamline way of working for software engineers
- You have Experience from working with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
- You committed, initiative-taking and solution-focused to increase awareness and focus on quality and like to share knowledge and inspire your colleagues
- You are structured with good organizational skills and possess good analytical qualities
- You are also a skilled communicator and presenter.
- If you have experience from working with Agile development and ASPICE, as well as Lean software development in the automotive industry is highly meritorious
- Any previous experience with standards for Functional Safety and Cyber Security is a plus.
- You are lluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
