TSS aims to ensure safe drugs for every patient by transforming the global life science supply chain through SaaS and Haas services. As our company grows, we need a passionate and dedicated Quality Engineer to lead high-quality solutions, develop work processes, and build a team of quality engineers. You'll contribute to quality and validation throughout the product development lifecycle and collaborate with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you'll be part of the Product Management department responsible for guiding the strategic direction of the TSS product portfolio.

As a Quality Engineer Manager at TSS, you will:
• Manage a small team of quality engineers, and product quality leads, responsible for the quality of the solutions in TSS product portfolio (
https://www.tssab.com/solutions• Plan and coordinate resources to ensure staffing for planned and ongoing validation initiatives.
• Provide leadership, continuously develop work processes, and take other necessary actions conducive to improving the quality, reliability, and robustness of the solutions.
• Report and follow up on metrics for test process efficiencies and software reliability.
• Support in early discussion and evaluation of product enhancements to address areas of risk and complexity concerning product quality and validation.
• Participate in development projects and take ownership to manage software and hardware validation which includes developing plans, test scripts, risk management, and performing tests.
We are looking for you:
• A driven, tech enthusiastic, and committed Quality Engineer who enjoys working closely with Product Owners, customers, and development teams.
• Curious about technological developments and ways of testing and validating software, devices, and IoT technology.
• Experience in quality assurance within regulated industries (meritorious).
• Familiar with ISO9001 and GAMP (meritorious).
• Fluent in English languages both in speech and writing.
• Preferably a university degree in Engineering Physics, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant background.
