Dfind Science & Engineering are now looking for a Quality Engineer to join our client within the electronic industry in the north of Stockholm. As a Quality Engineer, you will join their operational support. The assignment will start ASAP and will run for 11 months, due to a maternity leave at the client.
About the assignment:
During this assignment you will control and manage field data related to product quality across the AS organization and use this data to drive cross-functional actions and continuous improvement. You will be working in an international environment alongside the clients global 1st and 2nd technical support teams to drive initiatives both reactively (incoming quality cases from the field) and proactively (coordinating input to the clients product development). To succeed in this role you need experience from working with quality in a manufacturing company.
You will be responsible for:
• Analysis of cases to ensure fact based decision making and prioritization to internal stakeholders
• Identify trends, functional root cause and implement action plans at a case, sub-system or product level
• Provide leadership in problem resolution and process streamlining to drive containment
• Coordinating returned product analysis and failure investigation activities
• Lead product quality assurance activities
• Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to drive improvements and field cases.
• Responsible for the monthly product quality reporting
Qualifications:
To be successful in the role we think you have about 3-5 years of working experience in a similar role.
As a person, we think that you are above all quality driven and have analytical skills. We also think that you like to work in an efficient way and that you are able to take decisions. Further you should come from a technical background and be a strong administrator being very structured.
English is an absolute requirement and if you also know Swedish this is meritorious.
Education/Training : Bachelor 's degree or other technical education or equivalent through working experience
