We have an open position within TitanX as
Project Quality Engineer/Customer Support

This is a combined position within our Quality department with varied tasks.

Responsibilities
You will work close to our project teams with the quality definition of new products and processes and contributes in the validation work. You will work with analysis jobs and work with quality tools as FMEA:s, controlplans and follow the phases in our projects.

Within customer support you are Titanx representative towards our customers in quality related issues and the costumer?s voice within the company. You handle the communication regarding customer complaints and make sure that right corrective action is identified and implemented.

Education/Experience
You have an engineering education at university or engineering school and 2-5 years experience from quality work preferable in the automotive industry. You have worked with quality tools like FMEA and Control plans and you have good knowledge in ISO9000 & ISO/TS 16 949.

Very good skills in Swedish and English both verbal and writing is demanded. German or French is a merit.

You have good communication skills, experience of negotiations, good structure, experience of customer relations, have a problem solving mind-set. Knowledge about our products is a merit as well.

As a person you enjoy the challenge to develop advanced products. You are thorough, driven and analytical.

The position is located in Mjällby.
