hela Sverige We have an opportunity for a creative quality engineer to join our R&D Department in Malmö. With quality in mind, you'll drive the customer experience of Verisure's market-leading alarm and smart home solutions forward.In this role you will collaborate with our development teams, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality within various types of R&D projects. You get to initiate, drive and implement product quality processes within the organization along with continuously improving the processes. You will also be asked to analyze field quality statistics and work with product root cause analysis during the product life cycle.The role requires you to drive and implement definitions, benchmarks and KPIs related to product quality. You will be communicating and reporting status to various stakeholders internally and/or externally. On top of that you will work closely with EMS and development partners to improve production quality. Facilitating and securing CE and alarm certifications is also a part of this role.You will be part of our skilled, curious and humble quality assurance team and report to our Quality Department Manager. We pride ourselves in having a great work-life balance, and our bright and open office space is just a 5- minute walk from the Central Station, easy accessible and a great location.What you bringYour educational background is probably within electronics or mechanics, but software could also be a possibility. It's also a possibility that you have gathered all your knowledge from sheer work experience. You have experience from consumer electronics development and bring knowledge about manufacturing/production process. You understand product lifecycle management and have a well-developed analytical mindset.You're a creative person who takes responsibility as well as decisions, and you're able to present and communicate your ideas and feedback in a suitable manner.
