Work description
You will be part of our team developing our products and algorithms such as head- and eye-tracking, attentiveness and drowsiness, face identification and other interior sensing algorithms. We solve these challenging problems utilizing state-of-the-art algorithms in the fields of image processing, machine learning / AI, mathematics and accelerated computing.
You will have an active impact of the processes and projects and will work in close cooperation with the other talented team members. Your contribution to how we can meet our customers needs with tomorrow's technology will be of crucial importance.
The work includes the development and improvement of Smart Eye's software processes to be compliant with standards within the Automotive industry (Automotive SPICE, Functional Safety ISO26262, Cyber Security ISO21434).
You will be responsible for ensuring that the product and projects are developed according to Smart Eye's processes and that the certifications on standards will be reached.
You actively participate in the product/project development to implement improvements and drive corrective actions.
In addition, you will audit the development against standards and represent the quality of the product/project to the management and customer.
You take care of external assessments and guide the teams to fulfill the standards.

Location: Smart Eye AB, Headquarters (Gothenburg)
Must-have-skills:
- University degree within Engineering context preferably Computer Science or similar.
- Knowledge in C/C++. Background in software development, preferably within embedded systems.

Experience of developing software for products related to functional safety and ISO-26262

Strong experience in Automotive SPICE. Preferable INTACS certified Assessor
Good-to-have-skills:
- Working with software processes or quality assurance for more than 3 years in the automotive area.
- Experience of software development and/or system engineering within automotive industry (Tier 1/OEM).
- Experience in Cybersecurity and ISO21434
- Experience in Software development processes and agile development
- Experience in Test Methodologies
