Come join McNeil and work with their most innovative global projects within Medical Device! We 're looking for a Quality Engineer with software development focus. Here is an opportunity to contribute with your experience in an international environment, developing and maintaining quality systems and controls regarding products containing software that is classified as Medical device.
Main duties:
As a Quality Engineer - focus Software you will get the chance to support the product development efforts with Medical Device/Combination product classification and requirement. Among other things you will prepare quality plans, review design plans, perform risk calculations, oversee qualification and validation processes and evaluate approvals of analytical and stability method validations and results.
You will work closely with Jonas who is the driving force from a R&D perspective, building relationships and setting the expectations in the project. Also set up control documentation, creating a system for review and approval of this documentation. The position will give you the chance to show your drive, to work independently and deliver so that the project moves forward. You will have various global contacts and your days will be filled with both on site and long distance meetings.
Qualifications:
We believe that to be the right candidate you have experience in working with quality and compliance, either in the Med Tech field or in a branch that is equally regulated. Education wise, you have a Master 's degree in a technical field. You have experience working with developing software and knowledge within Medical device regulation and standards for software development within Medical device IEC 62304. You are fluent in the English language, both in written and verbal communication.
If you have experience within a large global company, this is also an advantage.
