Job Summary
In Processing Solutions & Equipment (PSE), CoE and OFCE organization, we are committed to deliver on our Quality and Safety ambition. The position is in the "Quality & Management System" team, which is one of six departments in the PSE Quality and Safety organization.
One Common Certificate (OCC) is our global certificate for ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environment and ISO 45001 OHS, covering more than 4000 employees in production and engineering organizations in PSE. We are looking for a Quality Driver, with main work area in Quality Management System ISO 9001.
This position is based in Lund, Sweden and is a permanent position.
What you will do
As one of the Quality Drivers with core competences on ISO 9001, you will primarily:
Focus on governing and coordinating activities connected to our OCC to secure accreditation towards ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 multisite certifications, according to our OCC approach
Be the key contact point of our external accreditation body (based in Sweden) for alignment, planning, audit delivery, audit follow up, and deficiency handling.
Contribute to the integration strategy of new sites/organizations/standards into our multisite certificate and drive their inclusion according to our OCC approach.
Contribute to the OCC Organization Transformation and coach some of the targeted organizations.
As lead auditor, manage and perform the required audits.
Define the strategy around our auditor's certification, incl training of our internal auditors.
Communicate, align and support the organizations' stakeholders within PSE as part of your daily activities.
Your responsibilities will also be to:
Maintain, drive improvements (incl. its next generation) and support the systems and tools used to uphold our accreditation for planning and registering audits/findings and document management.
Contribute or drive other Quality or Care to assist (C2A) initiatives as relevant.
We believe you have
Master Engineering degree or equivalent, if possible specialized in Quality
Minimum 5 years of work experience in Quality Management
Must master the standard ISO 9001
A deep knowledge of ISO 9004, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Understanding of ISO 22000
Certified auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Business Fluency in English and in Swedish
You have a passion for quality. You are able to work across boundaries and to navigate within a global organisation. Also, you are structured and organised which makes it easy for you to plan your own work and keep track on many parallel issues.
We think that you are a person with a large personal drive and persistence. Building relations comes easy to you and you know how to balance listening with persuasion and helpfulness with firmness. You are a good communicator and excellent at both spoken and written English. As you are to work with an external partner in Sweden you also need to be fluent in Swedish.
