In this role, you will be a part of the Engineering & Supply department within Business Unit High Speed Separators, which is responsible for the design, manufacturing and delivery of separator systems for various industries: Brewery, Beverage, Dairy, Edible Oil, Biopharma & Industrial Fermentation and Ethanol, Starch & Sugar.

Quality and Documentation are crucial and we're heading for a future packed with innovation. For that reason, we are now looking to strengthen our Quality team with a Quality Documentation Engineer.

About the job
As a Quality Documentation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of documentation related to quality management systems, and to support business with high quality and easily available technical information.
Your primary responsibility will be to compile the complete customers' turnover package. The work will include to ensure that documents, such as certificates, test reports and welding documents are reviewed. As our new Quality Documentation Engineer, you will be responsible of ensuring we have the relevant documents such as manuals, certificates, test protocols and drawings, both from suppliers and from colleagues within the company. You will work closely with colleagues within the quality team in Engineering & Supply, project teams, and the local and global sales organization. You will also have direct contact with the customers regarding the turnover package requirements and deliverables. The work involves:
Prepare and maintain the technical documentation package and ensure compliance, training, and alignment.
Quality control of all documentation to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
Make sure that the turnover package is according to the GMP/GDP.
Expedite factories and other stakeholders to supply documentation.
Collaborate with Design/Automation/Electrical engineers, Project managers and Product supply team on daily basis.
Cooperate with customers (as well) regarding to the turnover package requirements and deliverables.

Who you are

You have the ability to focus on details without losing speed or decision making, and can balance competing priorities with meeting deadlines, with a constructive, structured, and systematic work approach. Besides this, we expect you to have:
You hold a at least a bachelor's degree in a relevant subject.
Experience from quality documentation processes within High-Speed Separators
Good computer skills within MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience from Life Science industry and GMP / GDocP is beneficial.
Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Additional languages are a merit.
