We are involved in all stages of the technology development, from applied research to industrialization. The work is mainly carried out in projects together with Volvo Group companies and in national and international consortia in common research programs including academia, research institutes and different companies. We are involved in all stages of the technology development, from applied research to industrialization.
The group of Environment & Chemistry within the department of Human, Systems & Structures performs applied research and development with the primary goal of ensuring high environmental standards, resource efficiency and related processes & management systems within the Volvo Group. We also assist the group on a more daily basis with expert competences in selected areas such as chemical risk assessments. To do this we have a multidisciplinary staff of employees skilled in engineering and natural sciences.
Position description:

We are a team that performs assignments in the area of business management. Our competence includes Quality and Environment as well as Occupational Health and Social responsibility. It?s mainly within the Quality area that we need reinforcement right now.
The team is responsible for maintaining and developing business management systems within the Volvo Group, including process development. We work internal at VTEC and support other companies in the Volvo Group within our area of competence.
Job description/responsibilities:
In cooperation with the VTEC Business Manager System Coordinator develop and improve business management systems and participate in process development activities
Communication/training/implementation of quality tools
Planning and performing quality and environmental audits according to ISO 9001/14001
Qualifications and personal characteristics:
University degree within the area of quality development
Good knowledge and experience in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
Experience from process development
Experience from auditing
Experience from quality tools
Good communication skills in Swedish and English
High personal integrity
Well structured
