In joining us you will play an important part from the very start in developing a new generation of large-scale European battery factories. We are looking for an ambitious and driven Data Analyst to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our Technology Quality team based in Skellefteå, Sweden. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing a data-driven culture that will enable us to ensure high performance and quality in our products, contributing to the success of one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities
Design and carry out new technology trials. Gather the data needed to make informed decisions on its effectiveness. Analyze the data and present the conclusions to stakeholders
Stay up to date with the latest production forecasts to support capacity planning
Create and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize data, making them easily accessible and user friendly
Improve the team's efficiency by building data driven tools and processes to streamline operations and enhance digital capabilities
We believe that you have:
Qualifications and experience
Bachelor's degree in a scientific or engineering subject.
2+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field.
Experience working in a high throughput manufacturing environment.
Experience querying databases and manipulating and transforming data to generate insights.
Experience creating user-friendly data visualizations and presenting information to internal and external stakeholders.
Specific skills
Experience working with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Proficient in using Excel and SQL
Excellent communication skills to present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Excellent English skills (both written and oral)
