If you have experience in quality and labeling and are up for the challenge to work with the most demanding products, then you might be the new star Picadeli is looking for.
At Picadeli the team is hard at work in getting people to eat more salad in order to realize their vision of a world where fast-food is the opposite of junk food. As a Quality Assurance Coordinator you have a part in ensuring that food safety and quality requirements at Picadeli are always met. You have a key role in the roll out of new products where you coordinate the project from idea to implementation by making sure that time plans, master data, shelf life tests, recipes etc. are in place on time. You are responsible for ensuring that there is correct information in the Picadeli business system, on inner and outer packaging, and on consumer labels as it is important that Picadeli has correct information in all countries of operation. It is also an important part of the role to be an active participant in the Picadeli HACCP team, and handling procedures ensuring that Picadeli adheres to legislation and safety protocols. You will be part of a competent and driven team of six people also including product development and quality. The job is based in Gothenburg within the Picadeli central organization and both national and international travel will be required. You will report to the head of Food and Quality.
You work independently, however as the launch of a new product involves several departments you also understand the importance of working closely with others. You will have daily contact with Picadeli's suppliers but having many activities at once only gives you more drive and energy. This is an opportunity if you have a higher education, but possibly recently graduated, within food science. You wish to develop our products and develop as a person and this makes you eager to take on new tasks and you find it challenging to grow together with the company. You are thorough without losing speed, you have an ability to prioritize and you also have a broad social competence.
The job is part of the Picadeli Food and Quality department which is within the central organization. This means that you will work towards all countries where Picadeli is established. You know how to use business systems and it is a merit if you know Jeeves in particular. You handle Swedish and English excellently and you have a category B driving license.
