Henkel Adhesive Technologies in Stockholm are now looking for a Quality Coordinator who would like a stimulating and varying job where she or he will be part of the Nordic SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) team. This position might be extended to a team leader role.
Tasks:
• Ensure an integrated, functional and efficient Quality Management system.
• Ensure valid overall integrated ISO-fulfillment/ documentation/HIMDOC.
• Perform regular ISO-activities as internal audits and Management reviews.
• Register and coordinate nonconformities and Customer complaints.
• Respond to (and coordinate) Customers requests.
• Handle general or specific Customer Quality demands
• Collect, monitor and report necessary Quality data.
Your qualifications:
Qualification/education in QE Management: ISO – standards and demands
Auditing skills (experience or trainings)
Experience in Complaint handling (and good SAP skills)
Operation- and Business understanding
A minimum of three to five years work experience from similar tasks.
Personality:
• Customer service minded
• Ability to cooperate and communicate
• Ability to take initiative and put into practice
• Good skills in writing and expressing oneself
• Simultaneous and consequence ability
• Structured and demand orientated
