Vattenfall Business Division Renewables is responsible for wind power and biomass. Investments in wind power are an important cornerstone to deliver our road map. We plan, build and own wind farms in five countries, onshore and offshore. Investments in biomass fuel are key to further reduce the emissions. We have about 430 employees.
BD Renewables has developed project models for our wind and biomass development projects. The project models describe how investment projects are carried out from initiation until hand over to generation. The models are focus for continual improvements through a governance organization consisting of process owners from involved functions. The project models are documented in our management system and constitute a fundamental part of that.

Quality Coordinator for Project Models
The right person will coordinate and drive the work with continual improvements of the project models. The coordinator will ensure that improvement suggestions are identified, evaluated and implemented in the project model. You will also ensure that changes are communicated internally and drive the long term development of models. An important part is to support co-workers in their use of the models and documented material.
Main tasks
• Coordinate the project model implementation throughout the organization
• Coordinate further development and improvement of the project models
• Continuously update all models with decided improvements
• Proactively identify improvement possibilities in tools and documentation
• Support in executions of improvements as well as take active part in the development of other process and quality related activities within the division
• Audit projects and organization with regards to the project models
Qualifications
You have a relevant technical degree and a couple of years' working experience in project related tasks. You need to have some experience in working with Management Systems. Experience in process improvement tools such as Six Sigma or Lean will be considered as an advantage. Since all our business related communication is in English you have to be fluent in English in both writing and speaking. Personal assets

You work in a structured and methodical way and are used to achieve your goals. You are a clear communicator and make an effort in delivering solutions.
