Do you share our passion for kitchens? Here is an opportunity to work with a wonderful team of people and play a key role in the making of great products that inspire everyday life. You are welcome to join our Technology, Experience & Data (TED) Team as our next Quality Control Manager.

Nobia continues to develop and transform, and we are in the most ambitious period in the company's history in terms of implementing a new business strategy. One fundamental part of this transformation is the process and technology harmonization initiative called Polaris. We are Europe's leading kitchen specialists with 15+ brands, including Marbodal, HTH, Magnet and Sigdal, and with Polaris, we will bring out the full strengths of the group. We are also building the industry's most advanced automated factory in Jönköping to better be able to serve our customers.

This is what you will do

You will establish a high-quality delivery mindset in TED/Polaris and actively drive the quality enhancing activities/validations/checks within Polaris to minimize quality related disruptions and associated costs - in the Jönköping factory and in other business operations.

What is Polaris?

Polaris is bringing our ways of working together across Nobia by developing a set of end-to-end processes and supporting IT solutions. It will allow us to fully embrace digitization in all that we do, replace outdated systems, increase efficiency through automation, and support the implementation of the new Business Strategy. We want to be customers' first choice everywhere we operate and be a responsible company that is attractive to employees and investors.

Areas of responsibility:

• Overall accountable for driving the activities that secure qualitative delivery, such as stage entry and exit reviews, testing activities, functional and technical specification reviews etc. Collaborate with launch project managers, test leads, development leads and deployment leads to make each activity happen.

• You are a member of the Polaris program management team, and you work together with project managers to align overall release activity planning to secure adequate resources and timelines for the quality related activities.

• You will also be responsible for improving the "quality mindset" within Polaris and TED, to ensure better quality deliveries and minimize costs for poor quality, while always maintaining a correct balance between cost and benefit of proposed actions.

You have

• The ability to promote high quality tech deliveries in a multi-stream program context related to a strategic change effort with a significant tech component. Strong understanding of quality enhancing activities and typical pitfalls across the full delivery lifecycle. Knowledge of testing best practices in a 4 tier environment with SAP S/4 as the backbone solution.
• The ability to communicate and inspire about quality enhancing measures, with a strong collaborative mindset to drive proactive behavior across all streams and teams.
• The ability to drive test planning across a multi-stream context, working with test leads, data leads and other lead resources to achieve coordinated plans.
• The ability to identify methodology gaps and to propose improvements to continuously enhance the quality work within TED and Polaris.

You will enjoy working here if you

• have an open-minded personality and are thinking "outside-in" starting from customers' needs
• challenge the status quo; connect all actions to clear impact and goals and dare to fail.
• thrive in working in a cross functional context who can establish a network across functions and act as an integrator and support colleagues to work well together
• listen to customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders; accept different views and opinions; proactively share knowledge and actively demonstrate and create openness within the team
