About the Role
Join the Quality Control team at McNeil in Helsingborg to ensure high-quality production across our product line. In this hands-on laboratory role, you will perform analytical testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products while maintaining compliance with strict regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine and non-routine chemical analysis using instruments like HPLC and GC.
Generate, analyze, and document lab data in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Good Documentation Practice (GDP), and Data Integrity guidelines.
Support laboratory operations, equipment maintenance, and method execution.
Ensure precise, high-quality analytical testing to support product release schedules.
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
Must Have:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a relevant scientific discipline.
Laboratory Experience: Hands-on experience working in a analytical testing laboratory setting.
Chromatography: Practical experience operating HPLC and/or GC systems.
Compliance Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of GMP, Data Integrity, and GDP requirements.
Languages: Professional fluency in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
Good to Have:
Direct experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control (QC) environment.
Familiarity with major pharmacopoeias (Ph. Eur., USP, JP).
Experience with laboratory software systems, specifically LIMS (LabWare) and Empower.
Background in deviation management, laboratory investigations, and root cause analysis.
A continuous improvement mindset (e.g., Lean, 5S, operational excellen
