hela Sverige To our customer in Lund we are looking for a Quality Control Engineer.
Scope of the assignment:
The candidate will report to Head of Quality & Compliance Division but support the sub-projects to work with activities such as:*Witness tests, controls and inspections carried out on the related equipment.*Perform reviews throughout the design, manufacturing and installation workflow.*Interpret requirements from the technical / control regulations for equipment in the plant.*Execute specific inspections on materials, equipment and construction/installation activities on site.*Check conformity with the Project Quality Plan, obtain relevant documentation, check procedures and equipment to be used in tests, controls and inspections, manage documents certifying tests, controls and inspections.*Participate in FAT & SAT testing.*Perform inspection of installed equipment with specific focus on legal compliance and safety.
Required education background and professional experience:
Bachelor in relevant engineering discipline, or equivalent and relevant work experience, alternatively proven experience from similar tasks combined with relevant work experience.The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience working with equipment compliance and CE marking. The key deliverable is to ensure that the equipment complies with relevant legislation.Excellent knowledge and understanding of relevant directives and in particular Directives 2006/42/EC (MD), 2014/35/EU (LVD) and 2014/68/EU (PED) are required.Solid experience in performing risk assessments, compiling technical documentation and knowledge in the production of user documentation/instruction is merited.The candidate must be able to work in an international and dynamic environment and have the ability to communicate both with groups and management. Fluency in both written and spoken English is required.
