On behalf of DONGJIN, we at Lernia are looking for a Quality Control assistance Manager to join their team. An important role where you get hired directly by our client. As a pioneer in the Korean fine chemical industry, DONGJIN has grown steadily along with the development of Korea's electronic materials market. Based on years of experience and competitive expertise in advanced materials technology, DONGJIN Sweden AB has been started. The business has grown over 2 years and will grow from today's 30 employees to approximately 100 employees, the product is CNT-Slurry and the customer is Nortvolt.
The Quality Control team in Dongjin Sweden AB is looking for Manager! We are looking for someone with chemical or mechanical background and experience of leadership. This team work with various analyses, checks and tests of raw materials, and our finished slurry product. This is a great opportunity to work with a small group of people in a newly built factory, with modern laboratories and technology. If you have a degree in chemical engineering, materials science, or chemistry and are used to lead & educate a group chemical operators & technicians we are interested!
The person we are looking for is used to lead, highly goal-detail oriented, openminded and eager to both learn and to educate your working group. You will have the chance to influence our first factory in Europe, Skellefteå, Sweden (to begin with) and see the results of your work. Our production will run in three shifts and the shift schedule may vary. We need you to be able to work shifts when its necassary.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Planning, leading and follow up the quality control process and team.
• Lead daily production quality control activities to ensure production/product quality specifications are met.
• Understand and be part of method development and validation.
• Operation of various analytical equipment such as ICP, GC-FID, PSD, viscometer, Karl Fisher and more.
• Have experiences of ISO/IATF certification
• Execute analyses required by the control plan.
• Interpret, analyze, and report the data.
• Report problems and deviations found and recommend improvements.
• Participate in and improve methodology and actions together with production team

Desirable skills
• Bachelor's degree (or technical YH degree) in chemical or materials engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Experience from quality control and quality assurance, preferably on the manufacturing floor
• Knowledge of safety procedures in the laboratory
• Specific knowledge of quality management systems (ISO and IATF)
