We are looking for highly driven Quality Business Partner and Continuous Improvement Leader to act and develop Quality Business Partner role for our Industry Automation business unit and focus on continuous improvement in Sweden.
What you will do:
• Work as a single point of contact for our Industry Automation business in all quality related issues
• Be involved in solving problem and driving improvements in the business unit
• Develop strong partnership within the business unit in quality related issues
• Build and drive a portfolio of continuous improvement projects
• Develop and promote the continuous improvement culture in Sweden
• Ensure all stakeholders understand the continuous improvement by delivering appropriate support and training
• Support business unit initiatives in methodology and achieving results
• Drive and support major transformation projects (e.g. pricing project)
• Work in close collaboration with our customers, businesses and internal partners (e.g. sales, customer service etc.)
Experience and skills, we are looking for:
• Quality and Continuous Improvement experience
• Master of Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge or experience in change management
• Competent on lean / agile methods
• Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all levels in an international setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English, fluency in Swedish is an advantage

You have strategic and structured approach to your work, and you can quickly understand issues and scope requirements. You are a team player with the ability to collaborate effectively in an international matrix organization.
