hela Sverige The EMEA Logistics organization at Getinge Infection Control is responsible for regional logistics operations and the execution of the business area's parts, consumables and accessories logistics, with the main goal to balance and optimize customer service, product availability, running cost and working capital. We are now recruiting an experienced and driven Quality Assurance Specialist to our site in Getinge.
The Quality Assurance Specialist is a key resource in the EMEA Logistics organization, responsible for the development, implementation and maintenance of the quality management system, quality KPIs and continuous improvement within the assigned area.
Among your main responsibilities and tasks will be:
• Development, implementation and maintenance of a new quality management system
• Ensure adherence to relevant standards and certifications (ISO 9001, QSR, GMP and ISO 13485)
• Take ownership and lead corrective and preventive action initiatives (CAPA)
• Establish, monitor and act on quality KPIs within the area
• Develop solutions for operational problems, drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement with defined processes for the assigned area
• Coordinate the European Logistics organization's quality processes and improvement work with the business area's other quality functions
• Train and support the European Logistics organization in methods, tools and processes related to the QMS, CAPA and continuous improvement
• Take ownership of and lead internal audits
• Participating in operative supplier meetings with review of KPIs, claims/damages, operational issues
• Actively contribute to the department's development in terms of processes and internal routines and participate in relevant projects
• Communicate efficiently in Swedish and English with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications:
• University degree in relevant field and a few years' experience from similar tasks required
• Experience from quality management systems, CAPA and continuous improvement
• Extensive knowledge about ISO 9001. Knowledge about other relevant standards, such as QSR, GMP and ISO 13485, is considered an advantage.
• Experience from process development and mapping
• Ability to communicate and solve problems together with 3PL providers and internal stakeholders globally, in Swedish and English and preferably an additional European language
• Ability to plan, prioritize and coordinate multiple open problems and challenges
• Open minded and cooperative mindset and excellent ability to function in a developing organization
