You will need to have the willingness to change the scope for a classical test lead and from a more holistic perspective be responsible for quality in our entire service. Your main responsibilities is to following up and find new ways of measuring quality of all parts our delivery including development and support.
You will also be responsible for preparations, execution, follow up of all test activities with our platform and also reporting to all stakeholders and our brands. You will work closely to our brands, IT System Responsible and Project management and work in a managed service environment.

Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M QA Responsible/Test Leader comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Plan and coordinate all test activities from the H&M surrounding solutions perspective
• Ensure that adequately prepared test environments are available when needed
• Report and follow-up on test progress and defects
• Follow up and score our partners performance in KPI reports and follow-up on our SLAs in maintenance
• Identify areas where our service quality is not measured and find new ways to follow up
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Several years' experience from the QA field and experience from a managed service or offshore is a plus
• Leader experience
• You are a fast learner
• Are structured and like to work towards a goal and delivery
• Can handle a changing, dynamic and fast growing organization
• Excellent communication skills in English
