hela Sverige Securitas Direct is a fast growing technology centric entrepreneurial organization, delivering a high end customer experience through the Verisure brand.As a natural step in the growth of their organization, they are now looking to build a dedicated quality assurance function at the innovation center, located in Malmö, Sweden.
We are looking for a skilled Quality Assurance Officer (QAO) with experience from consumer electronics & sourcing in an international environment who can take the initiative and overall responsibility of quality within the organization.
The QAO reports to the CTO and the activities are related to areas like Customer Service Operations, Sales, Logistics, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply chain.
Responsibilities
The QAO main objectives will be to:
• Initiate, drive and implement continuous improvement within product quality & product quality during entire product lifecycle.
• Initiate, drive and implement definitions, benchmarking and KPIs related to product quality and communicate and report status and KPIs to different stakeholders internally and/or externally.
Typical measurements of performance will include Product failure rate, Cost of quality and other relevant quality KPIs.
Required experiences
The ideal candidate will be an engineer with experience from consumer electronics development. On top of this the candidate has a minimum of 3 years of practical quality assurance work within relevant areas. Other required experiences are as follows:
• Sourcing in an international environment
• Project management
• Change management
• Fluent in any Scandinavian language and English
• No criminal record (annual follow-up)
Valuable experience
• Supply chain management
• M2M GSM technology and operations
Personal characteristics
Our prime candidate is organized and has the ability to take initiative and independently prioritize and pursue the right QA-issues related to customer satisfaction and business needs. The candidate also has the ability to build his/hers case and present it to relevant stakeholders internally and/or externally.
Finally we are looking for someone with the ability to follow up on and communicate the results.
