We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager
Are you an ASPICE specialist and passionate about develop and establish quality processes framework in an agile environment?
WirelessCar way of working is built on agile principles and we're now looking for a Quality Assurance manager who will be part of a team dedicated to making life for everyone involved in our deliveries to our customer.
The common goal is to deliver high quality services to our customers as efficient as possible. You will be our specialist who secure that we fulfill the quality measure that we commit to our customer deliveries. You will also define correct quality measures and routines and incorporate that in WirelessCar agile processes and way of working.
Main focus for this role will be among other;
• Develop and establish the quality processes framework to comply with Automotive SPICE
• Create software quality assurance plan
• Suggest, define and document new or improved routines for software quality assurance
• Drive continuous improvements to secure process quality through audits, problem analysis, regular check of methods, tools, documents
• Tracking deviations or non-conformances found in process and product quality assurance until closure
• Create software quality status reports on a regular basis and escalate if needed
• Collaborate with delivery teams to promote software improvements based on root cause analysis
• Establish metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and evaluate quality performance
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and QA trends, and recommend innovative approaches to enhance QA practices within the organization

We believe that you bring
Solid experience of Automotive SPICE and in agile software development, agile principles and framework (SAFe). You can also independently evaluate and manage risk identified in various software deliveries. We also see that you have a very good understanding of quality philosophies, principles, methods, tools, standards, and legal and regulatory requirements.
As a person you enjoy networking, building relationships and working with people from different cultures and perspectives.
You also have
• Basic understanding of configuration management processes, including planning, configuration identification, configuration control, auditing and reporting
• Experience in selecting, define, and apply product and process metrics and analytical techniques, and understand how to best communicate results
• Basic understanding of change management to secure efficient roll-out of routines
• Knowledge about ISO9001, ISO 26262 (Functional Safety)
• Ability to give and receive feedback in a constructive manner
• Fluent English, in both speech and writing

Way of working
At WirelessCar we believe in a Hybrid Remote work setup. The preferred work location is in the Gothenburg region.
