The role:
SHL is in search of a Quality Manager that will lead the quality team and is responsible for monitoring and supporting development projects and production. You are responsible for compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and specifications such as cGMP, ISO 13485, CFR Part 820 and FDA Guidelines. Furthermore, the role maintains alignment of the Quality System with other sites and provides strategic leadership of the Quality function.
Responsibilities also includes:
• Lead and develop the team members in the quality department
• Key functional or cross functional liaison with stakeholders concerning operational or project deliverables.
• Participation in internal, customer, government and supplier audits
• Support and implementation of the daily tasks of Quality Assurance concerning production; In particular releases, alterations, quality documentation and processing of deviations
• Checking and releasing the processes and documents involved in development and industrialization projects (for example, design verification / qualification and validation documents)
• Develops operational Quality strategy as a business partner to optimize the performance of site and compliance.

• Bachelors degree or masters degree in either science or business administration with several years of experience including supervisory/leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in teamleading
• Experience with working with pharmaceutical companies is a great plus.
• Experience from external audit activities with customers and notified bodies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels
• Customer and solution-oriented, quality-conscious and communicative
