At Festina Group Technology we are a small team located in the centre of Malmö that is responsible for the Festina Group product development of connected watches. We specialize in purposefully designed smart and connected products, where the latest technology is used to make your life easier, and a little less distracted. Together we are shaping the future for connected watches for several brands within the Festina Group, such as Jaguar, Festina, Lotus and Kronaby.
The majority of the development is done in-house, from electronics, mechanics, firmware, mobile phone applications and cloud services (both for the products and tools used in different domains). We are involved in the entire development cycle, from early product concepts all the way to industrialization, mass production, sales start and customer care.
About the job
You will be part of our QA team that together with the developers secures the quality of our products. The team is a small, autonomous cross-functional team that is working with testing on the complete system, firmware and App, through development, exploratory, regression and automation testing.
What you'll do
Review and analyze system specifications
Be part of developing effective strategies and test plans
Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
Create logs and document testing results and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Work close with the FW and App development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
What you bring to the table
Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
Working experience with test management software (Jira or similar)
You are a good team player and enjoy collaboration and communication
You have good attention to details
Critical mind and problem-solving attitude
Strong organizational skills
