At Business Unit Stationary Crushing and Screening in Svedala, we deliver crushing and screening equipment engineered for maximum productivity. To strengthen our Supply Organization, we are now looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer - a great opportunity if you want to bring your competence and drive to an interesting and versatile position in a truly international environment.
Your mission - Enabling successful processes and methods in quality assurance
In this position, you are responsible for developing the quality assurance processes within our global organization, and for taking an active part in driving specific improvement projects. As our expert in the area, you also participate in R&D projects and prototype development, as well as in supplier development activities and audits. You analyze and understand customer feedback, and by performing root cause analysis and carrying out preventive actions you take part in building success in our operations.
As Quality Assurance Engineer you interact with many parts of our global business, and travelling is a natural part of your job.
Your character - An analytical engineer with team spirit
We are looking for someone with a degree in Engineering, or another relevant field of studies connected to this role, combined with at least five years' experience from working with quality assurance in a manufacturing industry. For this position, you also need excellent verbal and written skills in English, while skills in Swedish are beneficial.
Other skills and experiences include:
• A deep understanding of welding or casting processes, where an IWT diploma is highly valuable
• Knowledge of Non-Destructive Testing
• Managing customers and claims in an international environment
• Working with digital development of processes and tools

You are naturally very analytical and have a strong drive in reaching results.
