Our Quality Assurance (QA) functions are accountable for all quality-related aspects linked to one of our production units (6) or the overall material supply/ logistics function. Each QA function consists of 15-30 personnel.
We are looking for successors for two of these QA functions. The role holder has managerial responsibility for all activities for the QA function, ensure cross-functional work in close cooperation with production and other support functions to deliver in compliance and on time.
The role holder reports directly to the Head of Quality, Sweden Operations, leads the QA function and has overall accountability for:
* Ensuring that the quality system in operation for the production unit is in compliance with corporate quality standards, Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety and Health Regulations
* Leading the work within the QA function which includes batch documentation review and batch release
* Resource management to ensure that sufficient and qualified personnel is in place and budgets are met
* Reporting quality status to management
* Risk management and mitigation
* Driving the strategic direction of the QA function and contribution to the improvement and harmonization of an effective quality system within Sweden Operations
* Project delivery
* Ensuring that the QA function actively contributes to the leadership work within the production unit
The role holder acts as a Qualified Person for certifying finished products.
Minimum experience
* Qualified Person according to LVFS
* Excellent knowledge of GMP/ compliance
* Strong leadership skills and experience as a line manager
* Experience in Lean concepts, principles and tools.
Preferred experience/requirements
Experience of working in a global environment
