hela Sverige Procera Networks is seeking a talented Quality Assurance Coordinator, who has a strong background in networking as well as delivering stable and top quality products. This position is an opportunity to join a highly skilled, top-notch team. In this role, both individual contribution and teamwork are important and encouraged.
This challenging and creative position involves:
• Being the primary point of contact for the Varberg Quality Assurance team
• Working with the Director of QA to coordinate product release testing schedules, priorities, and resources
• Ensuring stability and quality on past and present releases
• Delivering scheduled releases in a timely fashion
• Managing customer test labs
• Driving external qualification through our Beta Program
• Creating and validating test plans, test suites and test cases for our solutions working with QA leads and with cross-Functional
teams (Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Sales Engineering)
• Willingness to travel to customer sites or training activities to continually improve the testing process
Skills and experience:
• QA experience in a leadership role is required
• Networking experience required
• DPI experience a huge plus
• BS in Computer Science or equivalent and 3+ years of hands on hardware testing experience.
• Project Management experience a plus
• Must have strong problem solving skills as well as effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work cohesively as a team member; interacting and building positive working relationships
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated ability to muti-task.
• Demonstrated ability to be flexible, prioritize work and follow instructions.
• Strong TCP-IP networking background
• Management skills from running quality and customer facing organizations.
• Incident tracking system experience
• This position is based in Varberg, Sweden
