Work tasks
The new person joining the Quality team will be given ownership of Customer Service?s quality assurance. Focus will be held on what quality is, developing processes and measurement tools for how we measure quality and ensure that every agent at all time maintains a top quality. This is a great opportunity to build something new from the beginning.

The Q/A coordinator tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Clarifying what quality is and how this should be in Klarna Customer Service.
• Obtain a quality assurance process that can be managed globally
• Assure measurement tools to measure the quality handlings within customer service
• Manage and act on quality assurance at Customer Service.

Requirements
We need a person who has great ideas about Quality Assurance, who can take the quality to the next level. You have experience from customer service and quality assurance, you are used to setting up measurements tools and follow up results. A meritorious experience is that you have worked with managing quality assurance for a global company with a large number of agents.

Other than that, we?re looking for a team player with a big interest in people and service. Someone who is organized but at the same time innovative and capable of seeing opportunities rather than obstacles. A person who wants to join an innovative company and be a part of something great.
