Do you want to manage product structure with release approval, documentation sign-off, and expertise related to the article structure? Do you have 4 - 6 years of experience in the domain?
On behalf of our world leading automotive client we are now looking for a Quality and Technical Support Manager within engine development and production for their increasing consultancy. The mission will start in the beginning of March where the right consultant will be extended or hired after 12 months.

Arbetsuppgifter
Purpose of role:
* Support to Market Units - Technical issues - Product Quality handling - Market Unit get access to systems they need - Push for usage of Vour clients tools, systems, standards and routines - General Customer Support business - Authorities - According to our clients authorization roles/ guidelines Responsibilities
• The Market Unit Quality / Technical Support Manager shall; - Secure fast Technical and Product Quality Support to our Market Units via Argus - Be responsible for the Product Quality report and prioritize the Top Product Quality issues within EM & APAC - To drive Technical and Product Quality issues and work closely with global functions for quick resolutions - To be the key-user of Argus within Customer support * Participate in one of the yearly sales & after market seminars
• Travel - Occasional travel but not extensive
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Our client are now looking for a Quality and Technical Support Manager responsible to support the Market Units in the region. A successful candidate has good technical knowledge about Diesel engines and has experience from working with technical support.
Experience from Quality reporting is a plus, fluently in English and Swedish is mandatory, more languages is positive though we are working in a diverse region with many different languages
