We are now looking for a Quality and Sustainability Assurance Specialist to our head office in Kista. The right candidate will be a part of our journey towards becoming the world leading supplier of smart and sustainable lithium battery solutions. Incell is a young company and you will be an important part of the development when it comes to quality and sustainability. We have high requirements from our telecom customers and you will make a difference in your role and contribute to the customer satisfaction.
As Incell grows, our need for a skilled Quality and Sustainability Assurance Specialist is crucial for our development. As the Quality and Sustainability Assurance Specialist at Incell you will work with all functions to support and challenge in all quality related matters in a fast changing and innovative environment. You will be responsible for maintaining order in the Incell Group Integrated Management System, create a way of working for document control as well as support the existing way of working with deviations. In addition, you will perform internal audits according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001.
To succeed in this role, we believe that you have:
Relevant academic background
Previous experience in quality and sustainability management
Both administrative and practical experience in handling of non-conformities from ISO & customer audits as well as internal audit
Several years of experience from maintaining management systems in a multicultural environment
A detail-oriented approach and a structured way of working
Experienced and trained Internal Auditor ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001
Deep knowledge and experience of problem-solving methods and tools, for example root cause analysis, 8D, Kaizen and A3
Ability to lead and train coworkers in continuous improvement methods
English is spoken in the office so a good level of English is required
