About the position
Are you passionate about Quality and Environment? Do you want to join and work in an industry that makes a difference? We are now looking for you who want to be the company's representative in environmental matters and thus be responsible for coordinating and managing the company's ongoing environmental work according to ISO9001 and ISO14001, be a contact person for authorities and an expert on current environmental legislation.
As a Quality and Environmental Specialist, you are expected to:
- To act as an expert for issues within ISO9001 and 14001 to ensure that the company complies with the requirements of the standards with the aim of maintaining the certificates
- Monitor environmental permits, environmental-related laws and regulations and keep the organization informed of any changes
- Coordinate external/internal audits within ISO9001 and 14001, as well as conduct internal and supplier audits to ensure we comply with the requirements.
- Manage the company's environmental work to reduce the company's environmental impact and thereby minimize the risk of possible accidents that may cause negative environmental impact
- Administer and develop the tool used for the quality/environmental management system and update routines in the management system
- Manage environmental reporting including e.g. emissions, energy consumption, waste and recycling Responsible for the preparation and implementation of annual environmental plans and identifying significant environmental aspects
- Plan and organize training in the area of Quality and Environment
In your role You will also train and support units and business owners in all matters relating to Quality & Environment. The position also includes supporting the organization in dialogue with customers and you will also contribute to internal communication. Furthermore, you are responsible for collecting and following up key information from both our organization and our suppliers. You will also play an important role in the preparation of the Group's sustainability report
Personal and experience Requirements
We are looking for you who have a suitable education at university level with specialization in Chemistry, Biology, Quality/Environment, Pharmaceuticals, Process Engineering or the like. You need to have at least 2-3 years of work experience in the Quality and Environment area and thus knowledge of ISO 9001/14001 and experience from work with quality management systems and sustainability reporting.
We would also like for you to have knowledge of deviation management, process orientation and experience in running projects.
Other Requirements
- Experience from GxP environment is an asset
- Oriola has English as the company language, you also need to have good knowledge of Swedish/Finnish and English, both spoken and written

Terms of Employment:
- This is a full-time position, and we want you to start May 1st
- This position could be based both in Finland or Sweden, at any of our sites
