Make an impact
We are looking for an experienced Quality and Environment Manager who will support the organization and the organizational development by application of QM methods.
Core tasks:
Supporting line managers, project managers, technical leaders and staff in achieving the main goals, being EBITA contribution, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction
Provide training and coaching on the Quality & Environment Management System
Participate as reviewer in various reviews such as Process and Quality gates and Risk Reviews
Setup an annual plan for internal and external audits, conduct and document audits
Support purchasing in managing supplier quality by conducting supplier evaluation, performance rating and audit activities
Continuously improve the quality standards in the organization
Analyse processes and their quality and performance and suggest improvements. This includes collecting, analysing and communicating the findings and the suggested improvements
Define local environmental objectives and manage local environmental activities
Identify environmental aspects and assess impact and relevance for the organization
Define and maintain local environmental processes, guidelines and documentation
Analyze environmental measurements and key performance indicators and define actions accordingly
Bring to the team
The successful applicant must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You must be self-driven, professional, credible, passionate and committed to Quality- and Environment Management. You have a minimum of 5 years working experience in a comparable function and extensive knowledge of quality management models and standards. Experience in maintaining ISO 9001 and ISO 1400 is essential.
