We are looking for a dynamic and creative person to help us manage and drive our development forward. Together with our experienced and international team you will help us fully realize our motto: Embrace Diversity - Explore the World.
You will be a part of our management team and share our common responsibility to reach the school's vision and strategic goals.
We want you to develop strategies to evaluate our organization, and management team to ensure the most efficient and effective organization. You will work with our existing quality standards and develop new ones accordingly along with action plans and their implementation to further develop our organization.
You will use the results of your research into the organization to work with the management team to develop their competencies to raise the quality assurance. You will also need to consider the latest research into the area of teaching and learning. Your experience with quality assurance will lift our team to a more competent and stronger level.
You have a university degree, and an established track record of quality and development work. It's a plus if you have experience from both the private and public sector. You have experience with investigatory work, and the ability to express yourself clearly in Swedish and English, both in the spoken and written languages. Experience from the educational systems is an advantage but not a requirement.
You are well organised, structured and careful. You have the ability to motivate and engage others, to initiate, operate and complete projects.
