In this role you will be part of HVDC, a business line Hitachi ABB Power Grids. The Quality team is dedicated to implementing a culture and practice of excellence throughout the entire value chain of the organization, increasing customer satisfaction, and improving profitability in a sustainable way.

Your responsibilities
Drive, develop and implement a Quality & Continuous Improvement Culture and processes together with the line organization and in close collaboration with managers
Continuously monitor, analyze, follow-up and act on quality targets and KPIs
Apply quality methods, processes, and tools to support the handling of quality issues (drive and support organization)
Support in establishment of a Quality Assurance and Quality Control system within own area of responsibility
Lead, support, and coach data analysis, Six Sigma projects and Root Cause Analysis
Perform audits and ensure that quality control systems are in place
Your background
We highly value your personality and see that you have a positive and pro-active mindset and are a team player but equally comfortable working alone with different tasks
The role requires you to be a good communicator as well as structured and analytical
You enjoy working with developing, motivating, and coaching others. If you have leadership experience it is a plus
You hold a bachelor or master's in Quality Management or Engineering
Knowledge of Quality Management, Process Management, Lean, SixSigma and Continuous Improvement is a plus
Knowledge of ISO standard 9001, knowledge in 14001, 45001 is considered to be an advantage
English is a must, Swedish and other language skills are a plus
