Description
Would you like to become an Analyst within the Quality team in the Carton Value & Economy organisation in Lund?
The role of Quality is to increase customer satisfaction by enabling our organisation and employees to deliver superior products and services.
The Quality team, which is present both in Modena and Lund, delivers its role by leading the definition and deployment of the Carton Value & Economy quality strategy and goals, and ensuring the effectiveness of processes, quality governance, and customer issue resolution.
As an Analyst in the Quality team you will lead the consolidation, management and reporting of quality performance data and other quality measures, in order to enable fact-based communication and decision making.
Main responsibilities
• Analyse, lead the discussion of and report the customer issues to feed the prioritization and governance for CV&E product portfolio
• Consolidate, analyse and report products quality performance data from multiple sources to enable product continuous improvement and assess effectiveness of solutions
• Monitor and address deviations on the progress of issues corrective actions, including issues re-occurrence
• Lead and consolidate the analysis of current performance and customer issues in development projects to ensure the release of new products with no repeat issues
• Liaise on quality performance trends and issues with other functions cross-organisationally within Tetra Pak
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you possess strong analytical and statistical skills. You are result and task completion driven.
You are able to proactively interact with colleagues regarding the accuracy/completeness of data thanks to your communication skills and broad Tetra Pak network.
You prefereably have a university degree within Engineering, Mathematics or Finance with a focus on data analysis and statistics You also have at least 3 years of experience of data collection, consolidation, analysis and reporting.
A very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other statistical/analysis tools is mandatory.
