What will you do?
As a Quality Analyst, you will be providing support to the business in quality matters as well as developing and maintaining the Quality Management System for Teva Sweden. You will ensure compliance with Teva Corporate Policies, Standards and Procedures, European SOPs, as well as the compliance with cGDP and act as the deputy Responsible Person for Teva Sweden. You will be working on the local market together with 2 other enthusiastic Quality Analyst. You will be working in a divers team with different levels of seniority. Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer complaints
Handling Deviations, CAPAs and Change Control
Using TrackWise system for Complaints, Deviations, CAPAs and Change control
Acting as a point of contact with warehouse regarding process for transfer to saleable stock, ("Market release") and with manufacturers regarding quality related matters
Participating in the performance of audits of the compliance of the Quality Management System
Contributing to quarterly Quality Management Reviews
Participating in internal meetings and collaborating with colleagues in the quality organisation and in other departments in the company
Communicating with authorities
GDP training of colleagues
Contributing to monthly reporting of metrics/KPI's
Who Are You?
You and an enthusiastic professional with a degree in pharmacy or another relevant field.
You will bring a few years of experience working within Quality Assurance within the Pharmaceutical sector with a strong quality mind-set and the ability to initiate, organize and drive projects
You thrive in a dynamic and international environment and have great team spirit. Next to that you are fluent in English and Swedish
You are a strong communicator (Fluent in Swedish and English) with a proactive and systematic approach to problem solving. As well as the ability to continuously improve and optimize procedures,
