Develop and support the children.
Be ready to work with pedagogical documentation and follow children's interests in a project-oriented and exploratory approach.
Collaborate with other staff for the smooth running of daily operations including feeding small children and nappy changing.

At Akademiska förskolan in Kista we are looking for a happy, positive and solution-oriented person and who is a strong team player. We are looking for creative individuals, who are always ready for fun! It is a plus if you have a musical talent, be it singing, dancing or playing an instrument.

We are a bilingual, Swedish and English preschool with 3 departments and 40 children. We are centrally located in Kista with easy access to local transport, parks and forests. We offer a climate of creative learning and play, well-trained/ experienced staff, and a comfortable and open work environment. We have a close connection with our parents, and have our own catering company.
Our child perspective is of a competent child, full of abilities and opportunities, and actively take part in their own learning.

Employment is subject to a 6 months paid trial period, with a chance of a permanent contract. We have additional benefits (such as Friskvårdsbidrag) and have an agreement with a union (Almega tjänsteföretagen). 60%-80%
