hela Sverige Minnovation is now searching for experienced Qualifications process operator for our Business partner in Skellefteå.
Job description:
Report errors and deviations on voting and carry out root cause analyzes in various forms.
Ensure safe operation. Daily safety and improvement work to reach world class safety.
Monitor the process from the control room - regulate pressure, temperature, chemicals, etc.
Carry out sampling to ensure that the material is not contaminated.
Perform visual inspections and maintenance on polling (pipes, pumps and valves) Take appropriate action when encountering errors and deviations that affect production.
Carry out risk analyzes and issue permits according to procedures.
Actively participate in Safety, Quality, Environment and improvement work according to routines.
Support managers and colleagues by creating a good working environment through inclusion, motivation, commitment, creativity, good communication and high ambitions.
Participate in rotation of duties.
Qualifications/Education/Experience:
Experience from relevant process industry (production in steel mills, cement, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, active materials, paper or oil and gas) Experience reading process/electrical drawings and working in control rooms.
Good understanding of turnout such as pipes, pumps and valves.
Experience from working with one of the following: Permit processes, Lock Out Tag Out, incident reporting, safety audits, maintenance audits, operator systems and daily follow-up on safety measures.
Understanding of how to use polling to drive efficient manufacturing with energy optimization and costing.
Administrative competence, ERP, work orders, email and incident reporting.
Good communication skills as you will work in close collaboration with many different teams.
Good English, both spoken and written.
High work ethic, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
