Qliro is a start-up within CDON Group- the leading e-commerce group in the Nordics, founded in 2014 with the goal to deliver modern, consumer oriented payment solutions for CDON Group's customers. The company is currently in an exciting build-up phase where many new and different challenges are tackled every day. As we are a growing and fast-moving business we must always be proactive, take responsibility and always strive to find the best possible solution considering all aspects of the business.

As the Risk & Credit team is growing we are now looking for a talented Fraud Manager. You have experience working with fraud management, background in online payments is beneficial, but not a requirement. As a part of the Risk & Credit team, your work will have direct impact on business value, and help build a better understanding of Qliro's customers through analysis and mitigation of fraudulent behaviors.

The role

• Take responsibility for and continuously develop Qliro's efforts in fraud management, including design, implementation and execution of mitigating actions

• Take ownership of both the automated and manual fraud review processes

• Build and manage an outstanding fraud management team

• Contribute to the development and analysis of Qliro's credit strategies through gap- and root cause analysis

• Develop fraud management tools through quantitative analysis in order to continuously improve Qliro's fraud management

• Take part in cross-functional projects together with other parts of the company

Who are you?

• A degree in finance, statistics or similar

• Experience of creating business value through efficient and impactful fraud management processes and tools

• Considers fraud analysis a great source for developing a deep understanding of Qliro's customer base

• Proven managerial capabilities in mentoring, motivating, and developing employees

• Fast learner with a passion for solving complex business problems and thrives in a team-oriented, fast paced environment

• High sense of responsibility and a solid judgment

• Ambitious, takes initiative, and has the skills and drive to grow with the role

• Keen eye for details and a structured mindset

• Independent and resourceful who thrives on the opportunity to shape and contribute to this role
