Poolia is recruiting a QHSE Manager to the Haanpaa Group. It is a full-time position that will be based in Helsingborg.

The role is to develop, improve, ensure and implement quality processes and procedures. You will work closely with the Group's management team in developing and maintaining the Quality, Health, Safety and Environment (QHSE) Management Systems, and with a strong focus on and provide guidance to the operational organization and support on the Quality Assurance within the Group.
Main duties and responsibilities:
• Quality work and the development of processes and procedures
• Responsible for complaint management, report management, and communications
• Responsible for the development of a preventive quality work
• Participate in development with regard to quality assurance
• Lead audits and assessments, and analysis of quality outcomes
• Handle all matters related to compliance with HSE requirements of various Regulatory Authorities
• Ensure all accidents and incidents are recorded, reported and investigated as required and that corrective action is implemented accordingly
• Prepare annually external and internal audit plans and actively participate and contribute
• Drive and implement full utilization of quality related issues in our ERP system
The position reports to the Group's CFO and will work closely with internal quality functions.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We are looking for someone with a higher education (university/college) and/or 3-5 years of experience from a managerial position.
You communicate easily in speech and writing. Fluent in English in speech and writing is a requirement. Knowledge of French is valuable.
You have good IT skills (Office package and ERP) and you have a good understanding and knowledge of statistical methods and quality processes.
As a person you are self-motivated, clear and educational. You are also well organized and solvents as well as customer-oriented. You work in a structured and easy to prioritize and make decisions even in stressful situations.
