hela Sverige We are looking for a proactive and communicative Quality, Health, Safety & Environment Manager to a exciting company in Helsingborg. Publiceringsdatum2017-12-04Dina arbetsuppgifterYou are offered a developing and challenging position in an international environment. The QHSE Manager will:
• Manage and continuously improve level of quality, environment and safety within manufacturing in Sweden
• Manage local management system, including ISO 9001 and 14001 certificates, in close cooperation with process owners
• Responsibility for claims and internal nonconformities
• Audit quality, environment, risk and safety
• Drive safety committees, safety inspections and audits to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Ensure legal compliance and follow-up
• Responsible for risk management and risk assessment within manufacturing in Sweden
• Responsible for environmental performance and KPI's
• Responsible for the fulfilment of sustainability objectives
• Compile and report Group KPI's to Global Quality Director Some travels are required in the position (mainly within Sweden). You will be responsible for three employees. The position reports to the Operations Director EMEA.
Utbildning och erfarenhetYou probably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant area. You could also have gained the experience from former positions. You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar environment with mentioned responsibilities. You are used to be responsible for audits and continuous evaluation processes. It is important that you have a thorough understanding of ISO 9001, ISO14001, local codes, regulations, environmental legislations and worker's safety and environment legislation in Sweden.
We believe that you have above average computer knowledge and experience to learn new systems and programs. You are an experienced user of MS Office. To be successful in the position, you are proactive, used to multi-task and good at cooperating. You are strategic yet pragmatic with a hands-on approach. You also have integrity. The position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to access information from different stakeholders and prioritize activities thereafter. It is an advantage if you have previous experience from project management and working with continuous improvements. You are process oriented and can define and develop processes. Fluency in speaking and writing English and Swedish is a prerequisite for the position. Please apply in English (CV and cover letter).
