hela Sverige Poolia is recruiting a QHSE Coordinator to Samat Nordic in Helsingborg. The position is full-time. Preferably, you could start within two months. Please apply as soon as possible.
Job description

The QHSE Coordinator provides support to his business unit for the deployment of the Samat Group's management system, focusing on clients' satisfaction and QHSE prevention. You will be responsible for four main tasks:
• Monitoring of accidents, claims and emergencies
• Business and Customers expectations
• Samat Group or Regulatory Requirements
• QHSE Group Reporting and internal communication
You will also be responsible for developing the QHSE culture mentioned in the Samat Group Fundamentals and the related documents, within a framework of continuous improvements, while advising its partners and monitoring the implementation of standards and processes.
You will report to the General Manager for Sweden and Norway.
Qualifications
You probably have a degree from a KY/YH or a university/college. You could also have gained the experience from former positions.
We believe you have at least 3-5 years of experience from a QHSE position, preferably in a multinational corporation. Previous experience from the transport or logistics industry is valuable but not a prerequisite.
You have good IT skills (Office package and ERP) and you have a good understanding and knowledge of statistical methods and quality processes.
Fluency in speaking and writing English and in one Scandinavian language is a prerequisite for the position.
To be successful in the position we believe you are self-motivated, pedagogical, clear and distinct. You are also well organized, responsible and customer-oriented. You work in a structured way and you easily prioritize and make decisions even in stressful situations. You also have strong communication skills and a problem-solving ability.
